At Daniel Duna Constructions we understand that involving the client and other stakeholders in the work we do is very important.
As most of the work we do involves building and constructing on or around facilities that are occupied, we ensure that our work fits in with our client’s activities. For example; we schedule deliveries at schools to occur prior to 9 am and after 3 pm to avoid disruption and mitigate risk while students are present but not in class. We have also scheduled noisy work in office facilities for after hours to minimise disruption.
We hold regular site meetings with clients to review and report on progress. Any changes to requirements are priced and negotiated as soon as possible to ensure that client requirements are met at all times.
